Operations Manager – Premium Drinks Brand
London (hybrid – 2–3 days/week in office, Borough)
£28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
Full-time (approx. 5 days/week – Potential flex for the right person)
MKJ Ignite are hiring an Operations Manager on behalf of an award-winning, high-growth premium drinks brand. Launched in 2021, they’re already stocked in major retailers (Waitrose, Ocado, Selfridges, Co-op and more) and are building strong traction both in retail and D2C.
They’re known for innovation, quality and a fresh take on a fast-growing drinks category. With big plans ahead- this is a great opportunity to join a small, ambitious team and shape how things run behind the scenes.
The role
This is a key hire. You’ll sit at the heart of the business, working across supply chain, logistics, and operations. You’ll report directly into the founders and work alongside a supply chain consultant to keep day-to-day operations smooth, smart and scalable.
It’s a great fit for someone who’s organised, process-led and enjoys building structure in a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll be doing
Managing and maintaining core product and business data (COGs, specs, production sheets etc.)
Overseeing inventory, batch control, reworks and inbound deliveries
Coordinating UK and EU order processing, logistics and invoicing
Acting as the go-to for their ERP system (Unleashed)
Working closely with 3PLs, suppliers and partners to manage delivery timelines
Supporting on planning, forecasting and business projects
Handling day-to-day admin (export docs, invoice approvals, SKU setups etc.)
Who we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in an operations, logistics or admin role
Detail-driven, highly organised and proactive
Comfortable juggling multiple systems and spinning a few plates
Confident working with data, spreadsheets and reporting
A strong communicator who’s happy in a small, fast-paced team
FMCG, supply chain or D2C experience is a plus – but not essential
