Organisation Warwickshire County Cricket Club Salary Up to £30,000 per annum Location Edgbaston Stadium, Birmingham Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 25 July 2025 Job Description Warwickshire County Cricket Club is seeking a full-time Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our established Science & Medicine team based at the iconic Edgbaston Cricket Ground. Reporting to the Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach, you will play a key role supporting the physical development of players across the professional squad, Academy, and Emerging Players Programme (EPP). Working closely with the Head of Science & Medicine and Head of Athlete Performance, you will help deliver an aligned physical performance curriculum that prepares young players for the demands of professional cricket.
The successful candidate will bring a passion for coaching and proven experience working within a multidisciplinary, high-performance sport environment. You will demonstrate strong knowledge of strength and conditioning principles, evidence-based practice, and a broad range of coaching skills. Experience within cricket is desirable but not essential. We are looking for someone motivated to work to high standards, with excellent communication skills, a curious mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to help nurture the next generation of elite cricketers.
