Job Title: Catering / Bar Assistant

Department: Robertson Facilities Management Limited

Location: Various sites in the Tameside area

Your new role

The post holder will work as part of a flexible team providing high-quality catering and bar services.

Duties

  1. Deliver the preparation of meals where necessary.
  2. Perform general cleaning duties of catering areas and equipment.
  3. Serve food and beverages to tenants and visitors.
  4. Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly.
  5. Reconcile daily and weekly monetary takings.
  6. Order goods and provisions.
  7. Record food temperatures in line with RFM food policy.
  8. Ensure correct use of food and materials as instructed.
  9. Observe safety regulations and procedures as issued.
  10. Comply with the RFM Food Safety System.
  11. Assist with stock control.
  12. Support and assist other RFM personnel on site.
  13. Serve soft drinks and alcohol to customers.
  14. Ensure the bar is well stocked.
  15. Attend any required training courses.
  16. Work shifts across 7 days including weekends.
