eCommerce Manager D2C & Digital Growth – Pet Industry

This is a standout opportunity to lead the eCommerce and digital marketing strategy across UK and international markets. Youll work alongside a skilled internal team and a supportive senior leadership structure. If youre a commercially focused eCommerce Manager with a strong track record in D2C and digital performance, this could be your next big move.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead and implement a full-funnel eCommerce and digital marketing strategy across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.

  • Drive performance marketing across paid social, email (Klaviyo), SEO, and digital campaigns to increase customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.

  • Own key commercial metrics ROAS, AOV, LTV and optimise the customer journey across touchpoints.

  • Oversee content and creative execution across all D2C platforms and global digital channels.

  • Manage and mentor the in-house marketing and social media team.

  • Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and logistics to align digital strategy with customer experience and fulfilment.

  • Lead agency relationships and manage external digital partnerships.
