This is a standout opportunity to lead the eCommerce and digital marketing strategy across UK and international markets. Youll work alongside a skilled internal team and a supportive senior leadership structure. What Youll Do:

Lead and implement a full-funnel eCommerce and digital marketing strategy across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.

Drive performance marketing across paid social, email (Klaviyo), SEO, and digital campaigns to increase customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.

Own key commercial metrics ROAS, AOV, LTV and optimise the customer journey across touchpoints.

Oversee content and creative execution across all D2C platforms and global digital channels.

Manage and mentor the in-house marketing and social media team.

Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and logistics to align digital strategy with customer experience and fulfilment.

Lead agency relationships and manage external digital partnerships.
