Property Move-In Specialist

Are you looking to break into the property sector or have at least 1 years\’ experience in residential lettings or property management? This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career with one of the most respected property groups in the North West.

Our client is offering a role where you\’ll be supporting move-ins, carrying out inspections, meeting tenants, and ensuring properties are ready to a high standard. It\’s hands-on, fast-paced, and the ideal step into a long-term career in property. Not to mention you\’ll be working with some of the best buildings in Manchester!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and manage tenant move-ins, completing inventories and check-in documentation
  • Carry out routine property inspections and report maintenance issues back to the office team
  • Support the preparation of properties prior to new tenancies (ensuring they are clean, compliant, and presentable)
  • Assist with move-out appointments, checking condition reports and facilitating smooth transitions
  • Deliver welcome packs and provide a warm, professional welcome for new tenants
  • Collect meter readings and update tenancy records as needed
  • Provide on-the-ground support for high volume move-in periods and new development launches
  • Act as a brand ambassador when out in the field – friendly, professional, and helpful

What We Want:

  • A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset and great interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a genuine interest in property
  • Full UK driving licence (ideal but not essential)
  • Organised and reliable, able to work independently and manage a flexible diary
  • Presentable and professional
  • Positive attitude, keen to get stuck in, and ready to build a career in property
  • Previous customer service experience (hospitality, retail, lettings admin etc.) is a big plus
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – any exposure to property software is helpful but not required
  • Flexible, calm under pressure, and happy to work in a fast-paced environment
