I\’m working with an outstanding provider of therapeutic residential care for children and young people withemotional, behavioural, and trauma-based needsand theyre looking for aChildren\’s Residential Deputy Managerto join their established, passionate team in Spalding.
?About the home:
- Stunning4x bedded homesupporting young people aged 1118
- Mixed-gender placements
- 2x wonderful young people currently in placement who love football, dancing, singing, swimming, laser tag & bowling!
- Therapeutic setting specialising inEBD, trauma, and CSE
- Fully staffed with an experienced, supportive Manager and a settled team
- 3x week rolling rota (Mon/Thu, Tue/Fri/Sun, Wed/Sat)
- Mix of office-based and on-shift hours
- 39 hours a week & 46 sleeps per month

Minimum Must-Haves:
- 2+ years experience inresidential childcare
- Level 3 or 4 Diplomain Residential Childcare
- Manual driving licence

- Providing 1:1 support for children in a warm, safe, therapeutic environment
- Collaborating closely with the Registered Manager & Management team

- Supporting and developing staff through supervision and hands on coaching
