The Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Top Fruit Farm Manager to lead operations across a large scale top fruit enterprise based in Kent. You’ll be responsible for the full management of orchard activities—including planning, crop husbandry, team leadership, harvest management and compliance.
The successful candidate will oversee a substantial area of apples and pears, manage seasonal labour and work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure consistent yield, quality and profitability across the estate. You’ll also drive innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement across all farm operations.

Our client is a well established and respected grower with decades of experience in producing high quality British top fruit. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and supplying premium fruit to major UK supermarkets and retailers, they are recognised as a leader in the horticultural sector.
You’ll be joining a progressive, people focused environment with long term investment in infrastructure, machinery and orchard systems.
The Candidate:
– Proven in managing large-scale top fruit operations (apples, pears, or similar)
– Commercially and technically astute with a strong understanding of orchard systems
– Experienced in managing large seasonal labour teams
– Skilled in crop planning, irrigation, nutrition and pest/disease control
– Knowledgeable of modern machinery, spraying and harvest operations
– Strong on compliance, audit standards, and retailer specifications
– Confident, proactive and highly organised
The Package:
– Salary £60,000 – £65,000 basic (DOE)
