Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Therapy (Part Time) – Higher Education

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Therapy to join our Higher Education Team at Loughborough College.

The Role

Following the significant growth of our Sport and Exercise Therapy degree provision, the Higher Education Sport Department is actively recruiting for two Lecturers in Sport and Exercise Therapy.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, learner-focused department that emphasizes innovative teaching, learning, and assessment as key components of professional practice.

This is a permanent, part-time position working 22.2 hours per week. We are looking for the role to commence as soon as possible.

The Applicant

You should have a commitment to student-centered learning, with experience in teaching and curriculum design, underpinned by scholarly activity, research, and/or experience as an applied practitioner.

Applicants must hold a Masters degree in a related field and a good honours degree. Recognized membership within the field of Sports Therapy is also required, such as membership with the Society of Sports Therapists, Sports Therapy Association, British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers, or the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
