Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our After sales department as an Advanced Apprentice Financial Analyst
The role is within the Service Department of Worcester Bosch which employs nearly 500 people. This role is to assist in analysing financial data, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insights to enhance the financial performance of our aftersales operations. Also support in the review, approval and signing off partner invoices.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Assisting the Senior Financial Analyst of the department in the following:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports related to aftersales operations, including service revenue, warranty claims and profitability.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analysing relevant data.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgeted figures, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Help maintain financial models and tools used for financial planning and analysis.
- Collaborate with the aftersales team to gather data and insights that inform financial decision-making.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate operational efficiency.
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required by the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Support in the development of pricing strategies for aftersales services and products by gathering information and insights
- Foster a positive working relationship with the controlling partner to offer local insights into the department\’s daily operations

Qualifications
Right To Work:
Please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.
Education requirements:
Degree in one of the following areas would be beneficial: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Data Science.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
