We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic and hard-working person to join the Design and Production Team at one of the UK’s most innovative and fast-growing investment platforms.
Based in our fantastic offices in Salford Quays – but still enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working – you’ll provide essential support to the Marketing Team and wider business as we work to raise the profile of our investment platforms.
Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer (Team Leader), this is a mid-level role, with opportunities to progress in a company that’s officially certified as a top ten Best Workplace by Great Place to Work (GPTW) – the global authority on workplace culture.
What does the job involve?
- Responding to creative briefs for our websites, emails, social media posts and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment to our brand identity guidelines.
- Preparing artwork to print and web standard.
- Helping to create animations and video edits.
- Reviewing and editing artwork in a fast-paced environment to ensure information is complete and accurate.
- Working with a wide range of media – including photography, type, illustration, animation and video footage – and flexing ideas across different static and animated channels.
- Contributing to team meetings for content, brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Confidently presenting new creative ideas and drafting supporting copy.
- Ensuring content used across creative work is accurate, up to date and consistent.
- Supporting the development and delivery of campaign strategies.
- Conducting research to support the development of ongoing creative work.
- Helping to prepare and distribute marketing materials and literature.

What you\’ll bring:
- Proven experience in graphic design.
- Solid experience of using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (experience in After Effects and Premiere Pro is a bonus).
- Degree-level (or equivalent)professional qualification in graphic design.
- A working knowledge of MS Office – especially PowerPoint.
- Ability tocreate visually compelling designs for digital, print, and multimedia projects (including websites, brochures, advertisements, social media posts, banners, infographics and presentations).
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates ability across a variety of mediums and projects.
- An understanding of print and web creatives.
- A willingness to learn and develop, within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A highly organised approach, with strong attention to detail.
