Global Highlandlooking to support their client in the sourcing of an experienced and motivated Technical Officerto join their team. Youll play a key role in ensuring their homes are safe, efficient, and ready for new tenantsmaintained to the highest standards and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
What Youll Be Doing:

Coordinating and inspecting repairs and void works across our clients homes and properties

Ensuring timely completion of works to a high standard, providing value for money

Carrying out inspections, diagnosing building defects, and preparing reports

Supporting the delivery of planned maintenance and stock condition surveys

Monitoring and managing contractor performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

Recording tenant interactions and property data using internal systems (Civica CX, Asprey)

Supporting tenants with property-related issues such as damp and mould, ensuring a responsive and customer-focused service
What Were Looking For:

Educated and experienced in a construction or building-related discipline

Trade qualification or equivalent construction-related certification

Minimum of 3 years experience in a construction or maintenance environment

Proven experience in building inspections and diagnosing defects

Experience contributing to housing maintenance and repairs programmes
