?? Salary: £33,000 £35,000 per annum + Tips (paid monthly in in a pay packet)
??? Hours: 5 days out of 7
??? 40hours per week
?? Holidays: 28 days (20 days + 8 bank holidays)
?? 8hours per shift
?? Typical hours during the week are 09.00 – 17.00 or 12.00 – 20.00
?? On Saturdays, the kitchen opens 07.30 so shift will be either 07.00-15.00 or 12.00 – 20.00
?? Sundays the kitchen closes at 17.00
On some occasions, when club members will have a party or a function, you might be staying longer however any hours over the typical 40hours per week will be paid in overtime at a standard rate or you will gain any overtime back by finishing early on other shifts.
We cater for public as well, functions can include conferences, wakes, birthday parties or occasionaly weddings
Golf clubs are usually busier in summers, quiter at winter times
You would cater for for breakfast and lunch – an easy menu but would also be able to prepare for 3 course dinner for functions

About You:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, ideally from a golf club background

Able to support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
