We\’re looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Software Development Apprentice, where you\’ll help build smart, efficient software solutions that empower businesses to thrive.

As part of our development team, youll gain hands-on experience in modern software practices from writing clean, efficient code to testing and deploying applications. Youll contribute to real-world projects that support our clients on their digital transformation journey, helping them implement the technologies they need to stay competitive in a fast-moving industry.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Software Development: Manage and support the development of software solutions, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • System Upgrades: Assist in maintaining and upgrading existing software systems to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Coding & Troubleshooting: Work across various software projects, from big development tasks to fixing bugs and issues, while following the software lifecycle
  • User Support & Training: Provide end-user training and support, including the creation of documentation to ensure smooth software use
  • Collaboration: Support the rest of the team as needed to deliver high-quality software solutions

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • £18,000 per annum
  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Holidays: 24 days annual leave plus all statutory bank holidays
  • Pension: Automatically enrolled in the company\’s Workplace Pension Scheme (Nest) with a 5% contribution from the company and a minimum 3% employee contribution (Salary Sacrifice scheme for tax savings)
  • Bonus Scheme: Eligible for the company bonus scheme (paid quarterly) after a successful probation period
