Im currently recruiting for a fantastic manufacturing company based near Stoke-on-Trent. We are in need of x2 Electrically biassed Maintenance Engineers. This will be a varied role with lots of different types of manufacturing equipment to get stuck into. Plus, plenty of overtime to bump up the pay packets. My client is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their double days shift at their site in the UK. Please read on if this sounds like an ideal position for you. Maintenance Engineer Benefits: £43,500 (rising to £46,000) Company Pension. 25 holidays Bank Holidays. Early finish Friday. Free Parking. Training and Progression. Overtime at premium rates. (x1.5, x2). Duties of the Maintenance Engineer include: Double day shift 6-2 / 2-10 Fault finding during production. Planned and Preventative maintenance. Assessing need of spare parts. Ensure that all plant and machinery is kept in a good working and clean condition. Documentation and records that comply with company policy. Requirements of a Maintenance Engineer include: Apprentice trained. Relevant engineering qualification. (NVQ Level 3, BTEC Level 3, HNC). Electrical qualifications. (17th edition / 18th edition) Previous experience in similar role. Basic PLC understanding CNC knowledge. (advantageous). Experience with industrial machinery.
