18Recruitment are looking for an experienced scheduler to work for a well established social housing contractor based in Sittingborne. One full time and one on a 12 month contract. This is a full time in office role. Duties of the role will include: * Scheduling works in a timely manner. * Managing operatives diaries. * Communicating effectively with internal teams, customers, operatives and suppliers via phone and email. * Uploading and updating information onto the company CRM. The successful candidate will: * Have strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask. * Have experience working with Microsoft word, excel and outlook The successful candidate has the potential for long term stability with a reputable organisation.
