Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels and a solid understanding of both B2B and B2C strategies. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, youll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising marketing initiatives that generate leads, increase brand visibility, and support business growth.
Youll be involved in everything from campaign creation to performance tracking ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a visible impact.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the companys presence across social media platforms (LI, Instagram, etc.)

Support the maintenance and optimisation of the company website (basic CMS knowledge a plus)

Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences

Develop and repurpose content including blogs, case studies, and email sequences to support campaigns and drive engagement

Collaborate with sales and operations to align campaigns with key business objectives

Support the development of marketing collateral including brochures, PDFs, and slide decks

Track performance metrics across digital channels and report on campaign effectiveness

Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers where needed

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing touchpoints
About You

2+ years of marketing experience (in-house or agency), ideally in a B2B environment

Experience using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
