We have an urgent requirement for multiple band 2 staff within our public sector client's medical records team. This role will be on a full time/temporary basis Monday-Friday 09:00am-17:00pm. The post holder will ensure that they provide an efficient and effective service supporting both patient care and other service users across the Western Trust. Key Duties: Maintenance of the Medical Records Library Maintenance and upkeep of the tracking software Timely retrieval and refiling of case notes required for admissions, clinic appointments and other hospitals Timely processing of routine requests Data input and tracking of records Maintain confidentiality at all times Assist in the dispatch of case notes as & when required Assist in the transportation of notes as & when required Ensure data quality is maintained in computerised&manual records Requirements: 5x GCSE's (Grade A-C) including English or equivalent Or 2 years administrative/clerical experience Desirable: 1 Years experience in the use of ICT.
