A fantastic opportunity with a multi-award winning Architectural Practice based in Central London for a Architectural Technician to join their Sports and Leisure team. My clients are an established and award winning practice, with multiple office locations they are searching for a Architectural Technician or Technologist based in London that is highly Revit proficient and specialised working across the Technical stages on large scale leisure projects My clients have delivered multiple high value projects across the leisure sector working alongside multiple large scale clients, covering various aspects of the sports and leisure sector varying from sports developments, Fitness and wellness centres and sports arenas. The position can be based across any of their offices but preferably within their London or South West offices Essential Requirements for candidates: Degree qualified in Architectural Technology 3-5 years minimum post qualification UK experience CIAT membership (Desirable) Full Proficiency in REVIT (Essential) demonstrated in portfolio Experience working on Large Scale projects (Essential) Sports and leisure project Experience Strong knowledge with Building Regs and construction working methods Proven ability to run projects and work collaboratively Demonstrated experience working across later RIBA stages Excellent communication and time management skills Skilled in the Technical delivery of projectsBenefits included for the Successful Candidate: Professional memberships paid Life insurance (x2 salary) Discretionary annual bonus Discretionary loyalty bonus (increases for each completed year of service) Pension scheme 23 days leave plus bank holidays Extra leave for 5/10/15 years of service Flexible hours and hybrid working A competitive salary will be on offer for the successful Technician or Technologist likely to be in the region of £36,000 – £44,000 dependant on experience.
