Sounds great, what will I be doing?

To provide a high quality, person-centred and recovery focused support service to all clients. To oversee the development, implementation and review of comprehensive, user-led assessments, support plans and safety plans in partnership with service users. To work as a team with other Support Workers to deliver appropriate support at each stage of service users\’ recovery.

Here\’s what the team will be looking for

We are looking for someone who has prior experience supporting people with ill mental health for a prolonged period of time who can demonstrate they have the empathy for service users and desire to understand what need for their own recovery process. You will need to have good item and documenting skills be able to deal with moments of crisis and be the support that our service users need during that time. You should be able to clearly demonstrate experience de-escalation of highly emotional situations with people presenting challenging behaviour.

Alongside this we look for people who are respectful and willing to learn and grow.
