We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Clerk/Administration with excellent organisational skills to work within a busy department supporting Service Engineers, Customers and planning and expediting orders. As an Administrator for the Department, you will be responsible for supporting the work of the department in relation to Planned Service, Installation and Responsive Repairs of roller shutter and speed doors. You will be answering customer calls and engineer calls and organising installations, repairs and customer queries as well as quotes and invoicing. DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * First point of contact for incoming telephone calls * Costing engineer’s reports * Purchase order requests to clients inclusive of follow up * Weekly liaison with clients on planned works * Generating client quotations inclusive of follow up * Process any incoming quotations including the purchase of parts * Verification of engineer’s weekly timesheets * Issue engineers job sheets * Supporting with invoicing * Process returns to suppliers * Completion & submission of site induction information * Organising accommodation for engineers * Co-ordinating courier collections & site access equipment * Monitor & Manage van fleet * Prepare engineers allowances The person * Experienced Administration Assistant. * Highly organised * Excellent communication skills: written and verbal * Excellent decision mak…
