About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant to join our insurance recruitment team, specialising in the placement of Broking, Underwriting, and Claims professionals.
You’ll take ownership of talent delivery, market mapping, and candidate engagement while supporting the team across active roles and key accounts. This is a great opportunity for a delivery recruiter who thrives in a specialist, insight-led environment and wants to build more autonomy, visibility, and influence within their market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver on active roles within key insurance accounts
- Conduct senior candidate meetings and generate new opportunities through market conversations
- Build targeted lead lists based on research, placements, and candidate movements
- Partner with directors to take candidates to market via speculative campaigns
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier insurance talent
- Maintain strong relationships with senior-level professionals
- Keep our CRM and candidate data accurate and up to date
- Collaborate closely with the wider team on campaigns, pitch decks, and market insights
What we’re looking for:
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in delivery, resourcing, or candidate management
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or technology recruitment preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
- Confident working independently and contributing to team goals
- Experience with Bullhorn, ATS systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
