THE ROLE:
• You will manage your own caseload, including complex employment matters such as redundancies, restructures and TUPE transfers.
• Provide day-to-day HR and employment law advice to employer clients.
• Collaborate with senior management and HR teams to deliver practical and strategic solutions.
• Contribute to client training, business development initiatives and the ongoing growth of the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Minimum of 3+ years’ PQE as an Employment Solicitor.
• Experienced in handling a varied employment caseload with a strong understanding of employer-side challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong technical legal ability.
• Confident in building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
