We are working with a thriving, medium-sized architectural studio in the heart of Sheffield to recruit an experienced Senior Architect. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and evolving practice that has firmly established itself as one of Sheffield\’s go-to architectural brands. Over the past few years, the studio has grown organically and built a robust reputation for delivering high-quality work across a variety of sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Energy, Life Sciences, and Commercial projects. With a talented team of around 30 Architects, Designers, and Technicians, the practice prides itself on its collaborative, empowering culture. They foster a supportive, professional environment and maintain a strong social ethos, regularly hosting team events and taking part in fundraising challenges. The role As Senior Architect, you will play a key leadership role within the studio, overseeing multiple projects at varying stages and guiding teams to deliver outstanding results. This is a diverse and strategic role offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects across all RIBA stages – from concept through to delivery on site. You will bring a wealth of experience and proven ability to lead teams, manage clients and stakeholders, and deliver projects to a high standard, on time and within budget. Given the practice\’s fully BIM-enabled workflow, proficiency in Revit and strong BIM capability are essential.
