We are partnering with a leading FTSE listed global fintech organisation looking for an experienced Head of Reward to lead its total reward strategy across multiple international markets.
This senior role will be responsible for executive and leadership compensation, job architecture, short‑and‑long‑term incentives, equity programmes, benefits strategy, and reward governance. The position partners closely with the Executive team, Finance, HR leadership, and the Remuneration Committee to ensure reward frameworks drive performance, retention, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive and leadership compensation, including RemCo governance and regulatory compliance
- Design and manage STIP, LTIP, and equity plans aligned to performance and business outcomes
- Own global job architecture and market benchmarking
- Lead global benefits and pension strategy
- Ensure reward governance, audit readiness, and compliance across regions
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Talent teams to embed a high‑performance culture
Key Requirements
- Proven reward leadership in a UK‑listed, global organisation
- Deep expertise in executive compensation, incentives and equity
- Strong experience working with Boards, RemCo, NEDs and external advisors
- International reward experience (US exposure highly desirable)
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and HRIS capability (Workday preferred)
