Possess excellent technical knowledge of commercial / communal heating systems Ideally possess commercial gas qualifications Possess skills to prepare mechanical designs for communal heating replacement works and Ability to manage retrofit and new build mechanical installations of communal heating , low carbon mechanical installations, BBS Standard is required Understanding of heat networks and manage works of this nature. Ability to write technical reports relevant to the role. Ability to creatively solve engineering design and maintenance related problems. Possess excellent project management / contract administration skills in order to plan, programme and deliver projects on time and agreed budgets Ensure projects are delivered in a cost effective and competitive manner, undertaking value engineering exercises throughout.
