Senior Electrical Design Engineer
Our client, a leading employer of choice in the Armagh, are in search of an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their well-established team.
This is a great role with a fantastic variety of projects, as well as carrying out Electrical Design you will play a part in mentoring junior engineers.

Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing electrical drawings as well as general arrangement layout drawings
- Assembling document packages and developing drawings
- Preparing electrical bills of materials
- Interacting with customers, mechanical engineers etc. to resolve identified issues
- Produce accurate BOMs for electrical components meeting strict deadlines
- Preparation of documentation for testing, inspecting, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Provide support to project teams for the design of parts that require electrical integration
- Assisting the team in debugging and solving any problems that may arise by debugging software and hardware
The successful candidate must have:
- Relevant electrical engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a electrical design role
- Experience with 2D and/or 3D software
- Knowledge of Autocad electrical, eplan or similar software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
