The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking. On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for an AI Service Designer for a contract role until end of 2025 (with possible extension) based in London or Edinburgh (Hybrid – 1 time per week in the office) Purpose of the role: As AI Service Designer you will join the client team within a high-impact fraud prevention programme. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, service transformation, and human-centred design, helping shape secure, scalable, and user-focused services. What you\’ll do: Lead end-to-end service design activities across a complex fraud prevention initiative. Map and analyse current fraud-related services, identifying pain points, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement. Design future-state service experiences that balance user needs, operational feasibility, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with researchers to develop stimuli for AI-driven projects. Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders, users, and subject matter experts. Dive into backend systems to identify and resolve issues-whether physical, digital, or process-based. The skills you\’ll need: A strong storyteller with full-stack design capabilities: UX, service design, video, and narrative thinking. Proven experience in service transformation, driving real change across systems. Comfortable with AI tools and integrating AI into experience design. Skilled in Figma and other design tools.
