Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to partnering with our fantastic client on an exclusive basis in their search looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their HR team, on a full time, permanent basis. Based in Winchester , our client is offering a salary of up to £45k, dependent on experience and there is some fantastic bonuses and benefits on offer including hybrid working, private medical, competitive pension and 26 days annual leave + BH. Reporting into a fantastic Talent Manager, the main purpose of this role is to support the recruitment lifecycle, from start to finish so you must be happy to be hands-on! You will become an integral part of the organisations growth plans, adhering to company brand and values at all times. Some of your duties will include: Support and advise managers through the recruitment lifecycle Create and develop job descriptions Build a talent pipeline and keep abreast of the competitor market Plan and host interviews Provide regular recruitment reports
