Are you an expereinced In-House Recruiter looking to join an amazing business in the Professional Services industry? Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to partnering with our fantastic client on an exclusive basis in their search looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their HR team, on a full time, permanent basis. Based in Winchester , our client is offering a salary of up to £45k, dependent on experience and there is some fantastic bonuses and benefits on offer including hybrid working, private medical, competitive pension and 26 days annual leave + BH. Reporting into a fantastic Talent Manager, the main purpose of this role is to support the recruitment lifecycle, from start to finish so you must be happy to be hands-on! You will become an integral part of the organisations growth plans, adhering to company brand and values at all times. Some of your duties will include: Support and advise managers through the recruitment lifecycle Create and develop job descriptions Build a talent pipeline and keep abreast of the competitor market Plan and host interviews Provide regular recruitment reports
