What the job involves
As a Senior Housing Management Officer, you will manage complex ASB and Domestic Abuse caseloads, collaborate with internal and external agencies, and undertake risk assessments to ensure the safety and support of victims. Your duties will include drafting reports, presenting cases in court, and engaging in multi-agency partnerships to address tenant issues. You'll support service planning and development initiatives, deliver training on domestic abuse and ASB, and inspire change to improve tenant support pathways. Additionally, you’ll act as a representative in community engagement efforts, contributing to the reduction of risk and protection of council and resident interests.
