A leading facilities management provider has an exciting opportunity for a Static Building Services Engineer to join their team at a busy, high-profile distribution centre in Haydock, Merseyside. This role comes as part of a major new contract win, and offers long-term security, varied day-to-day work, and the chance to be part of a growing, respected company!
The successful Static Building Services Engineer will:

• Carrying out regular PPMs and breakdowns on all mechanical plant and electrical systems.
• Working in a distribution centre based in Haydock, Merseyside.
• Completing PPMs on AHUs, FCUs and other mechanical plant.
• Complete reactive plumbing work and maintenance.
• Participate in a callout rota of 1 in 3, with a standby of 140 a week.
• Static Building Services Engineer will be paid up to 38,590 + Callout + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.

To qualify for this position as a Static Building Services Engineer, you must:

• Hold a City & Guilds or NVQ, and ideally an 18th Edition or qualification in Electrical Installations.
• Have experience in facilities and building maintenance, and good knowledge of mechanical plant and general building services.

The Static Building Services Engineer will be on 38,590 + Callout + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
