Small Works Estimator Our client is a well-established, family-run building contractor and property maintenance company specialising in commercial and domestic repairs, planned and responsive maintenance, and larger refurbishments across the Midlands. With a strong, long-term client base-including pub groups, housing associations, universities, and local authorities-they have built a reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable work. Their projects range from small works worth a few thousand pounds to refurbishments up to £500,000. They are now seeking a Small Works Estimator to join the team, reporting to the Estimating Director. This role will suit someone with a trade background who is comfortable with the end-to-end estimating process, including site visits, pricing, and client liaison. You will be estimating for projects such as pub refurbishments (£50,000-£300,000), social housing maintenance and refurbishments, and university building works (up to £100,000). The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of social housing and its specific requirements. Firstly, what\’s in it for you?
