We are urgently looking for people with behaviour management backgrounds to support young people across Sefton and Liverpool. Particularly in the Bootle , Southport, Crosby and Netherton areas area Your role will be working in a classroom setting often on a one-to-one basis with a young person under the guidance of a teacher. We are looking for people who have experience working with young people in any setting particularly those with experience of challenging behaviour and young person\’s mental health. Classroom training will be provided. This is a real opportunity to work with and shape the futures in young people in Sefton. of you are interested in this role and have experience working with young people please get in touch. The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to: Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils Help deliver personalised learning and behaviour strategies.
