The role
As the successful Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a number of key Grocery customers with full responsibility. As part of their growth, you will also be responsible for leading the expansion into other Grocery customers. You will be expected to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver profitable growth within your accounts. It is important that you are keen to work with the wider team and be collaborative.
The ideal fit
- Experience in a National Account Manager role or equivalent
- Have a broad customer experience across Grocery and other channels.
- Ideally have commodity experience
- Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen
- Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches
- Strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate
- Comfortable working in a small dynamic team
- Self starter
Salary: Up to £70,000 plus benefits package including car allowance, bonus and other company performance related bonuses.
Location: Field based. Expectation to be in Midlands HQ circa 2 days per month.
