Project Manager – Oil & Gas 📍 Location: Aberdeen (Onshore) Contract Length: 12–24 months Start Date: Mid to End October Role Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of their North Sea project through its Define phase. You’ll oversee planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination—ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Drive safe and high-value delivery of the project Lead planning and multi-disciplinary collaboration Oversee Topsides Host and Subsea Facilities development Ensure compliance with UK regulatory and HSES standards Manage project documentation and stage gate deliverables Conduct cost and schedule risk analysis Own project risk and budget management Qualifications & Experience Essential: ✅ Proven track record in upstream oil & gas (Appraise/Define/Select) ✅ Knowledge of UK environmental and safety frameworks ✅ Technical expertise in topsides and subsea facilities ✅ Leadership of cross-functional, multinational teams ✅ Strong documentation and decision gate experience ✅ Budget and risk management skills Preferred: Familiarity with PPMS stage gates Engineering, construction, commissioning insight Key Challenges Coordinating international, cross-discipline …
