Infrastructure Engineer

****Please note this role is fully onsite due to the nature of the role**** Here at Harvey Nash our client a leading financial services organisation is looking to recruit a hands-on experienced Infrastructure Engineer . This role will see you leading a team within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for contributing to and overseeing the implementation, and ongoing support of infrastructure technologies, ensuring they align with requirements, objectives, and architectural direction. You\’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the team\’s products. Your role will be pivotal in resolving production issues and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for customers. Im looking to speak with candidates who have the below experience: Lead and manage a technical operations team in a fast-paced environment Operate within an Agile framework, utilising Scrum and Kanban methodologies with tools such as Jira Experience with major public cloud platforms , including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , AWS , and Azure Strong understanding of networking technologies , such as LAN, WAN, firewalls , and related infrastructure Proficient with observability and monitoring tools , e.g Grafana, SolarWinds, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk Familiarity with DevOps practices , including CI/CD pipelines , is beneficial If you would be interested in having a further chat then please send your CV to the link for shortlisting.
