What you\’ll be doing
Own end-to-end ops across guest experience, maintenance, supply chain, and platform performance
Build and lead a global team of 70+ with 3 senior direct reports
Drive operational excellence through data, systems, and scalable processes
Boost NPS and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement
Manage multi-currency budgets and improve cost-to-serve
Work cross-functionally to align ops with company strategy
Qualifications
10+ years in ops, ideally in marketplace, hospitality, or tech‐led environments
Proven experience scaling global teams and functions
Obsessed with performance metrics and process optimisation
Commercially minded, financially savvy, and customer‐focused
SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills a plus
