Job summary/Purpose
This role you will be responsible for the thorough cleaning of 2 x compounds & toilets and show homes. The Cleaning Technicians will work alongside the Site Management Team and will have a structured programme to follow for each development. We are looking for individuals that take absolute pride in their work and can see how the cleanliness of a site contributes to health and safety and the smooth operation of the build process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work areas to be cleaned as work progresses and waste materials to be disposed of appropriately.
- Cleaning of each property to a high standard including the garage if necessary.
- External doors, garage doors, door frames and meter boxes to be thoroughly cleaned.
- Internal cleaning of window frames and glass ensuring our homes are ready to wow our customers on move in day.
- Cleaning of all ceramic and sanitary wear in the properties, including taps, shower screens, wastes to remove all dust and grime.
- Intensive clean of show homes – we want our homes to sparkle!
Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements
- CSCS Card holder
- Proven working experience in a cleaning role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Self-motivated and have good communication skills
- High standard of workmanship and pride in the job
- Full, clean driving license β will need to travel to various construction sites
