You\’ll play a key role shaping the people agenda, influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complexity, and delivering meaningful HR outcomes across a large, multifaceted organisation.
Description
Leading on complex ER casework end‑to‑end
Supporting a wide range of organisational change, including consultations, TUPE and structural re‑organisations
Managing union and collective consultation activity
Delivering policy updates, process improvements and HR project work
Preparing high‑quality presentations and materials for the Head of HR
Collaborating with resourcing and shared services
Engaging with both office‑based and site‑based teams (occasional site visits)
Profile
Strong HRBP experience xiskglj in a fast‑paced, operational environment
Confidence managing complex ER and change activity
Proven experience working with unions / collective consultation
Resilient, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
Oracle HR systems experience is beneficial
Job Offer
Up to ÂŁ55,000 pensionable salary plus many more benefits
