Teaching Personnel is currently working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Maidstone to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated English Teacher to join their dynamic department. The Role: Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across KS3,4 & 5 Plan, assess and track student progress in line with national curriculum expectations Inspire a love of literature and language in a supportive learning environment Contribute to the wider school community and department initiatives The School Offers: A welcoming and collaborative staff team Supportive leadership and opportunities for CPD Excellent facilities and resources A strong focus on student wellbeing and achievement The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold QTS or be an ECT with a passion for English Have experience teaching in UK secondary schools Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
