OTE GBP £45,000.00/Yr. Overview Location: Belfast Usedirect Hours: 44 hours per week, every sunday off Salary: £30,000 per annum. OTE up to £45,000 Here at Belfast Usedirect we are recruiting for a Business to join the sales team. This vacancy would be perfect for an experienced Sales/ Business Executive to make the move into a Management role or for a current Business Manager to make the switch to join a market leading automotive retailer – Charles Hurst. This team is dynamic and works at a fast pace, focusing on achieving and exceeding their sales targets. Working alongside the GM and Sales Manager you will help support the Sales Team and will gain the experience and knowledge required to take your Automotive career to the next level. You will also support the Sales Team to identify the appropriate vehicle, funding and additional products, based on individual customers suitability and requirements. Process and manage all vehicle sales documentation, including invoices, payments, and finance contracts. Reconcile daily banking, credit card transactions, and finance receipts. Liaise with finance companies to ensure timely submission and approval of credit applications. You will be responsible for managing vehicle sales processes within the site, whilst achieving and exceeding sales and profit objectives. Maintain compliance with financial regulations, including GDPR and FCA guidelines. Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures. Support the sales and accounting teams with administrative and clerical tasks. Handle customer queries related to financing and payment processing. Maintain accurate filing systems for all financial documentation. We are looking for a committed and motivated individual to embrace the challenge of collaboratively leading within a successful car sales department. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated and highly organised. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is essential along with an understanding of all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations. You will need to hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
