Social Worker
Randstad is seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in the East Locality of Surrey. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families within our community.
Tasks
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing care plans, providing counseling and support, advocating for clients\’ rights, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate case records. Specific duties will be discussed further during the interview process.
Skills
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., MSW, LCSW), a valid license to practice, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience working with vulnerable populations is highly desirable.
