Technical Project Manager and Service Leader
Glasgow (Hybrid Working)
A new opportunity for a Technical PM and Service Leader to work with a global consultancy who specialise in digital solutions and transformations.
This is a client facing role that would suit a Technical PM with a background in Scada or Advanced Distribution Management Systems.
The Role
The Technical Project Manager will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence across the relevant service model and act as an effective bridge between the technical services team and key clients.
The main programme will be within the Energy sector. The position will also entail the organisation of daily activities and the monitoring of service KPIs, conducting in person meetings with customers and working closely with a largely remote service team.
Skills
This role requires an excellent communicator who is comfortable in a customer facing role and is able to act as a primary point of contact as well as being an effective bridge between technical services teams and the client. A good technical foundation will be required to be effective in this role. Experience in Scada, DMS, OMS, NMS or Advanced Distribution Management Systems will be sought. Experience in Project Management and/or Service Management will be essential.
Hybrid Working
Three days will be required on site in Glasgow with two days working from home.
