Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of all electrical equipment scopes for global HVDC projects, based out of the UK.

This role manages the end-to-end lifecycle – from tender through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage all HVDC electrical equipment deliverables (e.g, transformers, switchgear, valves, filters, control & protection).
  • Drive schedule, cost, quality, and risk management across multiple internal functions and global teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for equipment-related matters within the HVDC project execution team.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, sourcing, logistics, manufacturing, and site teams.
  • Ensure contract and customer compliance throughout project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in power transmission projects, ideally HVDC.
  • Strong project management skills with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Fluent in English
