We are seeking a Investment proffsional with 3 –7 years of experience and a genuine, lifelong passion for video games. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone ready to step beyond traditional investing into a founder-style position — sourcing deals, shaping strategy, and playing an instrumental role in building the future of the gaming investment platform.
The ideal candidate combines investment acumen with gaming culture fluency — someone who instinctively understands the pulse of gamers and game studios alike, and can translate that into compelling investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deal origination, due diligence, structuring, and execution across gaming-focused investments
- Develop deep thematic views across gaming genres, platforms, studios, and emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a proprietary network of founders, creators, studio heads, publishers, and industry experts
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to accelerate growth through operational input, commercial strategy, and board-level engagement
- Produce high-quality investment memos and materials for ICs, co-investors, and LPs
- Represent Flynn and Chase at global gaming conferences, showcases, and investor forums
Candidate Profile:
- 5–7 years of experience in private equity, growth investing, investment banking, strategy consulting, or senior leadership within a gaming or interactive media business
- A deep, authentic passion for video games — you might be a lifelong gamer, former developer, or have built meaningful relationships across the gaming community
- Strong command of investment fundamentals: financial modeling, valuation, deal structuring, and market mapping
- Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and ownership
