What you’ll be doing

  • Support the test and diagnostics of electronic sub-assemblies during all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Provide engineering input during design and development to ensure testability and readiness for production.
  • Introduce and manage test facilities, equipment configuration, and documentation (test specs, operator instructions).
  • Diagnose production failures down to component level using both manual and automated test systems.
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum HNC in Electronics or a related field (HND/Degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital and analogue electronics manufacturing and test.
  • Solid understanding of electrical test principles, fault diagnosis, and test equipment operation.
  • Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP) for test documentation and non-conformance reporting.
  • Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to generate clear technical documentation and reports.
