What is the role?
Leading and supporting teams across multiple departments: Front of House, Park Operations, Events & Parties, and F&B.
Ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service throughout the site.
Stepping into any role as needed β you're confident on the floor, in the kitchen, and with customers.
Driving team performance, safety, and operational excellence.
Helping manage rotas, stock, standards, and compliance.

- Proven experience in leisure, hospitality, or events management.
