Junior Talent Manager
Location: Paddington | Hybrid
As a Junior Talent Manager, you will sign, manage, and grow your own roster of digital creators while contributing to the agency’s wider talent strategy. You’ll play a hands‑on role in creator development, brand deal execution, and audience growth initiatives. This role requires strong relationship‑building skills, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for the creator economy. You’ll also be expected to attend events, shoots, and industry gatherings to support talent and expand your professional network.
Responsibilities
- Sign, manage, and support a roster of digital creators across multiple platforms.
- Develop and implement overarching talent strategies covering content direction, brand positioning, audience growth, and long‑term career planning.
- Coordinate, negotiate, and execute brand deals – including briefing creators, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all deadlines and expectations are met.
- Attend industry events, shoots, and networking functions to build relationships, scout potential talent, and support creators during appearances or productions.
- Act as a key point of contact between creators, brands, and internal teams, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
Main Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in talent management, working with digital creators.
- Experience signing talent.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, etc.) and the creator landscape.
