I'm looking for an experienced Market Access Consultant/Manager to join an expanding team of experts.
Hybrid position – 2 days in London/3 WFH.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with 5+ years’ experience in market access consulting to play a key role in delivering strategic insights to a variety of Pharma, Biotech & Device clients, helping them secure timely, sustainable access for their innovations.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver client-facing market access projects from end to end.
- Develop global pricing and reimbursement strategies.
- Conduct and oversee qualitative and quantitative payer research.
- Translate complex evidence into clear, compelling value messages and materials.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal capability building.
- Support business development through proposals and thought leadership.
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in market access consulting
- Strong grasp of global HTA/payer requirements (EU4, UK, US).
- Proven expertise in payer research, pricing strategy, and value communication.
- Scientific background (degree minimum 2:1; MSc or PhD preferred).
- Clear, engaging communication — both written and visual.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with leadership potential
