Opportunity for a Corporate Insurance Solicitor to join an international, Top 35 law firm in their London office at either Associate or Senior Associate level.
The Firm
Our client is one of the London's most elite law firms and rank Top 35 by revenue in the UK.
They have a large international presence and work with clients in over 50 countries across the globe.
They boast an exceptional client-base including private and public companies, private equity firms and financial institutions.
Their market-leading Corporate Insurance team is now looking to hire an ambitious and experienced Associate or Senior Associate.
The Opportunity
The firm have one of the highest ranked Corporate Insurance teams in the city and almost exclusively on deals in the insurance industry across Europe.
The team advise on the full range of transactions including public and private M&A, Part VII transfers, cross-border deals, portfolio acquisitions and specialist transactions such as renewal rights and reinsurance arrangements.
They also act for insurance companies and their boards on corporate governance matters, listed company issues and equity capital markets transactions.
They are now seeking an experienced Corporate Insurance Solicitor working at either Associate or Senior Associate level to work closely with the team's leading Partners.
