Client Insight Strategist
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Client Insight Strategist to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and client engagement—perfect for someone who thrives on turning numbers into narratives and insights into action.
You will partner closely with our analytics, client and data actuation teams to uncover key customer insights, build data-led stories, and deliver recommendations that drive measurable marketing outcomes for our clients. This is a client-facing role requiring both analytical credibility and confident communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Translate complex data into simple, impactful insights that inform client marketing strategy.
At times lead the presentation of insights to clients—clearly and persuasively articulating findings, implications, and recommendations.
Work with analytics and data teams to define business questions, validate hypotheses, and design segmentation and modelling solutions.
• Strategic Thinking:
Apply a strategic lens to customer data—identifying opportunities for growth, retention, and personalization.
Help to build and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations that engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bring best practices in customer insight, performance measurement, and audience targeting to help evolve and enhance our client offerings.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in B2C customer insight, marketing analytics, or data strategy.
• Strong track record in delivering segmentation, customer profiling, propensity modelling, customer performance or similar analytical projects.
• Highly skilled in storytelling with data—comfortable leading presentations and discussions with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative and commercially minded—able to balance analytical rigor with practical business context.
• A good working knowledge of analytical tools but very strong in PowerPoint, and ideally experience working with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Superset, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms or CRM systems is a STRONG advantage.
